N.B. concerning your shipment's packaging: In order to avoid any delivery problems for the carrier when sending a parcel in France or abroad, use standard packaging suitable for the weight and size of your merchandise.
For sending oversized or heavy products, it is important to use a solid container in which you can wedge your merchandise and balance the weight as well as possible. Cardboard boxes that are too light or parcels that are not properly closed mean that your shipment could arrive ripped open or incomplete. The carrier may also reserve the right to reject your parcel or charge a fee if you have not packaged it properly. Secure packaging guarantees your oversized shipments arrive safely.
